The backup sensor system offered by Engineered
Auto Devices is an aftermarket product that is versitile and will
fit on the majority of vehicles on the road today. If you have a
pre-owned or new vehicle, this product is available to you. Here's
what people have said about the backup sensor system we sell.
"This device works great if you do a lot of
parallel parking. It's difficult enough finding a parking space
in the city, but then try to squeeze into the space, at night, in
the rain, without hitting anything. With my SUV, I really can't
judge how far I am from the car behind me. The device tells me exactly
the distance, in feet and inches, with its LED display."

San Francisco Bay Area
That backup system really works. My wife bought
me one for Christmas. We have all kinds of junk in our garage, and
we live in a cramped area in Venice. I especially like the digital
readout because it shows me the distance between my car and the
garage wall.
James C
Venice Beach, CA.
"We bought a unit for our grandfather's RV
about 2 months ago and love it. My grandfather likes to go out to
those camp grounds at the outskirts of Los Angeles County to go
fishing. He said backing into the parking slots is so much easier.
He said he used to back up with a lot of apprehension because he
thought he'd back into the pad markers, but now he knows exactly
how close they are to his RV when he parks. Thanks for everything."
David C
Brentwood, CA.
"I own a tough Hummer. I think I'm a good driver,
but I still baby my rig and because my rig is so big, I can't see
much when I back up because the Hummer rides high. I thought about
getting a camera system with one of those small LCD screens on the
dashboard, but I feel that the sonar system for backing up just
makes more sense because it can tell me how close I am to something
instead of me using my own judgement call of what I think I'm seeing."
Kyle R
Irie, PA.
Where I live there is virtually no parking
at most businesses because it's so crowded with tourists and locals.
Most of the time when I go shopping I have no choice but to parallel
park. It was such a hassle because I've bumped into cars in the
past. But with this device I can back up in those tight spots and
get up close and personal to another car and know that I'm OK. Now
I can handle city parking. I'm just worried about getting a parking
ticket because I usually forget to feed the meters."
Sheryl A
Santa Monica, CA.
We have an elementary school next door to
our house. Everyday there are a lot of kids in my neighborhood.
I'm a worrier. I have fears of hitting one of those kids when I
pull out of my driveway. More than once kids have walked by while
I've started to backed out of my driveway. I put my foot on the
brake pedal to let them pass and the back up system goes off as
they walk by. This thing is great. It really works! I didn't know
that it could pick up moving things. It has given me peace of mind.
Now I'm more aware when I back up.
